Chemical Disclosure
RoHS Certificate of Compliance: SanDisk makes
available, upon request, certifications for six regulated
substances regarding
- European Union's Restriction on Use of Hazardous Substances in
Electrical and Electronic Equipment ("EU RoHS") Directive
2002/95/EC
- China's Management Methods for Controlling Pollution by
Electronic Information Products ("e;China RoHS"e;)

Supplier Material Disclosure Requirements: As
part of SanDisk chemical restriction policy, our suppliers and
contracted manufacturers are required to disclose chemical
composition of all parts in the format of:
- Material declaration data sheet (MDDS)
- Certificate of compliance (CoC)
- Lab test report from third party certified lab (e.g. SGS Lab),
where required
In the SanDisk MDDS form, suppliers are required to disclose the
chemical usage at the homogeneous level.
The CoC is also required from our suppliers to certify
compliance with SanDisk chemical restriction policy requirements in
all the products/parts we buy from them
In the event MDDS and/or CoC does not provide sufficient
information, our suppliers are required to provide independent
laboratory test reports as supplemental evidence of compliance with
SanDisk chemical restriction policy.
