Capturing Extreme Sports with Extreme Clarity

During three winters in Austria, Marcel Lammerhirt (www.mlpics.de) took photos of snowboarders just for fun. In 2005, he turned his hobby into a profession as a photographer specializing in action sports and lifestyle. Marcel loves to capture the perfect moment, showing the spirit and passion of action sports in each picture. Marcel's work has been published in many magazines around the world including Transworld, Onboard, Pleasure, and Photography Magazine. His photos are also used in many advertisements and catalogs. Since 2008, Marcel has been working for Red Bull Photofiles and has also been a contributing photographer for Pocket Wizard.

Marcel shoots using a Canon 5 D Mark II, 1 D Mark IV, and various lenses from 15 mm Fisheye up to 400 mm Tele Lenses, and of course, SanDisk Extreme® CompactFlash® memory cards.
