Release Notes

  • Running the SanDisk Media Manager while logged into Windows® as a "Guest" user is not supported.
  • Certain virus detection programs may recognize the autorun.inf file that comes preloaded on the card as a threat. The threat can be ignored as the autorun.inf file has been confirmed to be safe and not infected.
  • If the user has "hidden" any files, they will not be copied to the card when the user selects "Fill my device".
  • Some music or video files may show a "Missing Decoder" error even though application will playback the file in the embedded media player; please ignore this message.
  • In some cases the application may appear as if it was able to log in or upload files to the social sharing site while it is not. For example, when the account is disabled. We encourage you to use the social networking upload feature and provide feedback.
  • "The" or "A" are not displayed as part of the Album/Artist name when in List View.
  • In some rare cases, the application cannot find the default music, video, or photo folders and will not populate the content in the application until these monitored folders are explicitly entered in the Settings dialog.
