My Cloud is not be seen in macOS Finder.
macOS Finder might not be setup to show connected network drives.


Resolution


IMPORTANT:

Ensure the My Cloud firmware is up to date.

  1. Click Finder.
    Click Preferences.


  2. Select Connected servers.
