We greatly value the communities where we work. We give back in many ways, including financial support, product donations and volunteering.

maximize our impact

Service to our communities is an integral part of of our corporate DNA, and what it means to be an employee here. Focusing on regions in which we have a significant presence, our vision is to shape healthy, thriving youth equipped with the resources and opportunities to cultivate a love for learning and realize their academic and professional potential.

To do so, we focus our efforts in three key areas that impact children and their families from cradle to career:

  • K-12 education
  • Promoting engineering and computer science
  • Children and youth health and welfare

Through employee giving and volunteering, as well as our corporate philanthropy program, we take a targeted approach to making a difference in these specific areas.

Everyone Has an Impact

We believe in giving back to the communities in which we work, live and play and we’ve even set an ambitious Corporate Goal of 100% employee participation. We promote specific volunteer activities aligned with our areas of focus as well as support employees that want to give their time and talents to other organizations they believe in by matching both financial and time contributions. We also offer disaster relief and humanitarian aid during times of crisis.
