Frequently Asked Questions
If you buy a Sandisk Creator Series product but you already pay for Adobe applications, you can still enjoy the benefits of the included membership. The duration of the promotional offer, depending on which Creator Series product you purchase, will just be added to current term of your subscription. So, if you currently pay for Creative Cloud Pro, you’ll get one more month’s access. If you currently pay for Lightroom, you’ll get three more months’ access.
To redeem as an existing Adobe member:
- Scan the QR code on the Adobe offer insert.
- On Adobe’s registration page, click the Sign In link and log in to your existing account.
- The unique redemption code will be automatically populated in the Enter Your Redemption Code field.
- Click Redeem Code.
If your membership is Annual (paid monthly), Adobe will pause monthly billing during the prepaid period. Billing will resume after the prepaid term ends.
