Leveraging enhanced flash storage technology for superior reliability, the new SanDisk® iNAND 7250A storage devices are designed to support data demands of the latest “advanced driver-assistance systems” (ADAS), cutting-edge infotainment and safety systems, and other connected technologies in vehicles.
The iNAND 7250A embedded flash drives deliver dependable performance even in extreme conditions in and around the car, including ambient temperatures down to -40˚C and up to 105˚C. This makes the robust embedded flash drives ideal for a wide range of connected automotive systems and environments. All of our automotive solutions are AEC-Q100 certified and adhere to the ISO26262 design guidelines for NVM-based products.
