IMPORTANT:
- iXpand Drive app supports iOS 13 and higher.
- It WILL NOT work with older model iPhones and iPads with 30 pin data/charging.
- Lightning to 30 pin USB Type-A adapters are Not supported.
Apple Files App, SanDisk Phone Drive and iXpand Luxe Support
Apple Files app can be used to move files for models with Type-C connectors if iXpand Drive App is not installed.

Update Firmware
IMPORTANT:
- iOS with a lightning port required to update firmware.
- Firmware install for iXpand Luxe and Phone Drive is NOT supported on Type-C iOS devices.
- iXpand Luxe and Phone Drive with Type-C connector requires firmware 3.9.28.83+ to use with iXpand Drive app.
- Install or update the iXpand Drive app.
- Plug the drive into an iOS device that has a lightning port.
- Open the iXpand Drive App.
- Allow the firmware to install.
- Tap Great.
